I've been in several situations while there was a mutual 'like/flirt/ifweweren'tworkingtogetherwe'dbeboning' between myself and another co-worker but, never let it go any further because we worked directly with one another. | I make it a rule not to "dip my pen in company ink". Its ok at first, then when you split, you have to deal with the awkwardness everyday.:nervous: If you dont care....go for it. It just makes it hard to avoid her if you dont want to talk to her anymore. |

Gruop route would't look clear enough for her on what you're going to do, it would go too much friend zone, so one on one would be a better idea. |

i tried dating someone at work once. it was horribly uncomfortable. i would never ever do it again.
though i think this depends on your workplace. if you work in a more professional environment, then i definitely dont think you should consider it. |
