I go away for 4 days & look what Dirk starts.
I just answered the question of "How far would I go for an In 'n out burger?"
I was in El Paso for the weekend. My friend was driving to San Diego on Monday (from El Paso). I decided to cancel my flight home Monday from El Paso to Austin, & instead, on Monday, drive the ELEVEN HOURS to San Diego with him. But mm...double double animal style--there ain't nothing like that in Texas. |

In N Out is a California chain. They only make Burgers, Shakes, & Fries. Nothing else. http://www.in-n-out.com/
Double Double--2 patties of meat & cheese.
Animal Style--with fried Onions & special Sauce.
You can also get a Triple or a 4 by 4.
I drove 700+ miles & bought a new plane ticket to fly back from San Diego today. |

I have to agree. :D :D :D
They had the best burgers in CA. That was the only burger joint I ate ate during my time in Cali(HELL!!!).
Nice place to visit. I guess I love Texas too much. And What-a-burger!!!! |

Dallas Uptown Bar & Grill makes delicious hamburgers that are greasy enough to cure any hangover problems. Combine it with cheese fries and you'll be drinking again in no time.
Still, whataburger has that market cornered in texas. taquitos after a long night work wonders.... |
