First u gotta have them online. Upload them using some picturesharing website. I usePhotobucket, they auto resize your pictures so u dont have to worry about their sizes.
Then its pretty simple... When you are typing a message, ull notice all those buttons on top, one of them say "IMG", click on it and enter the link to your picture. That will add a simple line of code to ur mssg that will allow you picture to be shown in your post.
Clear enough?
