Orbax vs Tobias Ab Challenge.

So big fella, whats the go?

Lets set the rules, the goals, the stuff.

I'm a little disadvantaged as its currently sweltering hot in Brisbane at the moment and my work-out this morning in an un-airconditioned gym nearly killed me.

Who else wants to join in for a few week longer fitness challenge where you can drop some pounds or run up a mountain?

Hmm... i guess itll just have to be a poll haha. Skin fold wouldnt really help...

Feb 15th, whoever has better lookin abs I guess. I think im gonna lose. Im one of those crazy people whove never had a six pack even at 7% body fat @@

but its changing, slowly. Im really kickin their ass.

maybe a most improved section? Lol.

Orbax, can we extend it to the end of the month perhaps?

Maybe Feb 28 for the record date?

And the more the better, we can all be motivating each other hehe.

Hehe, and a poll it is.

A poll is harsh for sure, but I expected you to play tough, and people probably still remember me being an ass compared with your love of beer I will have my work cutout.

It may be good for people to post their training strategies and diets and stuff...

I just need to loose 20 pounds till this summer, wich gives me about 5 months, its think its acheivable..

tough I really dont care much about the abs, I just wanna burn the little belly..

my routine at the gym is quite steady, but since my work schedule is not, I need to concentrate on the food I eat, and eat them at the right time.. i.e. 3 meals a day, bigger meals at lunch, smaller ones at dinner, nothing after 7, etc etc..

also I try to leave me about 1 day/week for cravings, cause I dont wanna cut too drastically on food and become frustrated, or loose the weight quickly and gain it back one month after..

So yeah I took a "before" pic right after the holidays and hopefully I'll be able to post a decent before/after pic in a couple of weeks :p

Ill do it the 28th. Im not seeing as much progress as I wanted yet :)

so far its just light diet, lots of running and workin out

i do side bends 3x15 with a 60 lb dumb bell and 3x20 kneeling rope crunches with cable set to 120.

starting up bicycles, russian twists, and straight leg crunches at nights :)

3x100,3x100, 3x20 respectively
