nothing will happen to juve. the titles will stay and serie b is far out of sight. the mere thought of juve being relegated to serie b would send shockwaves down the peninsula and italian football would suffer as a whole. italy's world cup hopes would dissolve too, considering almost half the team are juventinos. wait till the verdict then make your comments. |
How would it affect italys wolrd cup hopes if juve got relegated? It wouldnt make a difference, the season is nearly over and the WC is aobut to start. |

| persian is kinda messing up on the facts. Really he only Italian player brought in question is Buffon who could miss the WC. So that really isnt all of italy well its a big chunk:stongue: |

i cant speak for them but if this happend to Inter i would be ashamed and hoping the consequences came. I know its hard for me to say that hypothetically but I dont think any fan of their club wants thier club to win trophies by cheating |

apparently
this is Roberto Mancini interview today Manager of Inter and one of the few not involved in the scandal:
| quote: | Mancini, in the past few years you have always spoken about the supposed anomalies in Italian football. What do you think now all these things have come out?
"I prefer not to talk about it yet. Something new emerges every day so it's not even that nice to talk about it."
Isn't it strange that Mancini was the only coach who exposed what wasn't going right in football?
"I'm not the only one. I believe Zeman has also said a few things... I honestly don't know what to say, but I don't think any of us thought it would go this far. I will ask you a question: how many Italians love football? Forty million? They've taken us all for a ride, they've been messing us around. Not just us who work in the game, but also all those who have gone to watch football. Not every team - there are teams and managers who have nothing to do with it."
One sports daily has speculated that Juventus could have several titles revoked, and that one could be given to Inter. Would this be morally right?
"When these things happen they usually deduct. But I honestly don't know what will happen. I have no idea, because something new emerges every day."
What was your feeling when you heard yesterday's news that Milan are involved in certain situations?
"I have already said that I prefer to wait and see what happens because there's something new every day. Fortunately the league has finished, otherwise it would have been difficult to continue. We need to see how it all ends, who is really involved and who isn't."
With what spirit will tomorrow's league matches be played?
"There won't even be spirit."
But if all the things printed in the papers are true, can we expect several teams to be relegated?
"I don't know. There are rules, now we have to wait and see how far it goes. To talk now is useless. The authorities will decide what to do." |

Michael sucks. Even that I'm from Germany I don't like him at all. He should retire.
Raikkonen all the way baby. But because his car sucks this year I hope Alonso kicks Schumachers ass. :) |
