Yeah, It's going to be interesting to see how Patrick Viera will establish himself in Juventus. I really hope that he plays his topclass football that he has shown that he can play in Arsenal over the years, And hey! He scored the first goal against Milan, That's pretty good for being new in the club. |

What do u guys think about the Del Piero situation?
Last rumour has him going to Arsenal.
Now to me he is getting a raw treatment but if he has to move out for Cassano I say do it. Havent talked to my Italian Juve fans so you will do;) What you guys think? |

As to intermilan31, I highly doubt Juve will capture Cassano next season. I just don't see it happening (this is my 'as a juve fan opinion' - it doesn't mean much). As for Del Piero, the guy is getting old and has been hampered by injuries ever since 1998. I wouldn't mind seeing more of him on the bench, allowing Zlatan, Trez and Mutu to tear apart as they have been doing. Capello is a no nonsense coach who insists on playing players with the better form (though he does favour Zlatan a bit, since he believes hes the next Van Basten). I grew up on old school Baggio and Del Piero and will follow their careers out of respect. As bad as a del piero can be these days, you can never doubt his sheer class. He's just one of those few players in Italian football who have a sense of respect.
Man City, Arsenal, Japan League, whatever his choice be, I'll accept it. No player is infalable - infallibility is simply an impossiblity in football. I personally don't see much of a fully productive future with regards to Del Piero and Juve. He could be used as a good sub or starter on mid-low table league games, but definately not a starter on a big match day with all the forwards in full fitness. I would love to see him retire in the black and white though. But being a Juve fan for so long, I don't see the likes of Bettega and Moggi just letting him go. |

Juventus has got many good attackers right now, Del Piero, Zlatan, Adrian Mutu, Zalayeta and not to forgive my fav attacker, David Trezeguet.
Trez and Zlatan is playing very well together, Even though Empoli is a pretty bad team. Juventus was playing outstanding under the first 20 minutes in that game. I think that they've got some really good players that they can throw in if it's going bad in some matches.
Zlatan and Trez has been awesome so far, Only some matches, But anyways.
It'll be very interesting to see Juventus play against Club Brügge tomorrow because they are playing very well right now. They've got players like Camoranesi, Viera and Nedved on the midfield, That's some awesome players indeed.
Camoranesi is getting better and better all the time, Viera is an awesome midfielder that can even score goals meanwhile. Nedved has a bit up to the class that he can play on, Hopefully, He will get to that.
It's very interesting that Juve has played pretty secure in the defence so far, No goals allowed, I hope that Abiatti plays good too, Because he can be very good at his best.
Juventus has not got the best team yet, I'm still waiting for Buffon to get back, Even though it's a little long time until that will happen.

There has always been rumors about Del Piero going to other clubs, I really hope he does'nt go to clubs like that. I hope the man stays in Juventus, He's important to Juve, For sure. |
