That's already a given. It'll definitely be a bonus if we get YET another awesome controller design (something that will probably not, at first, utilize the Dual Shock set-up due to their current suit) as well as gorgeous graphics and a form-fit factor.

The problem with the original X-Box is that it only had a select few titles that were great... HOWEVER, those titles really shone as how great games can be. As mind-blowing as it might seem to some people, the Halo series is the only reason the X-Box sold "so well". Luckily, Microsoft has had more time to design their next console as well as communicate with the gaming community and sign on many designers to make future games. The sheer amount and high caliber of software companies that have signed up since Microsoft sent them X-Box 360 developer's kits is astounding. Also, since Microsoft has figured out that gamers need a reasonably sized console (especially Japan. They've got no space in their houses to keep something as huge as the original X-Box) along with a reasonably sized controller, they're definitely not going to screw these things up on the X-Box 360. All together, the console looks like it'll have a very healthy life and will probably become a worthy adversary to battle the likes of Sony with it's PS3. |

| actually incorret blue a lot of the previously exclusive developers for sony are now tooting the microsoft horn, the final fantasy man himself has started his own gaming studio "myst walker studios" and is creating an exclusive rpg for the xbox 360, so this time the games will be there unlike the first year of the original xbox:rolleyes: microsoft seems to be focusing a lot of their attention on the japanese market this time as well which is getting a great response from developers both here and there;) |

I wasn't stating it as fact, I only said it because a lot of consoles end up having the same type of extras as their predecessors. Obviously it won't be the exact same but I'm hoping that XBOX will keep all it's good qualities as well as get some decent games so that I can laugh in all the Sony fans that are on their knees right now blowing them. |

| no problem, I think the media centre thing is currently only for modded xboxes, I have it but not sure it you can get it on a reg xbox?? the xbox 360 is starting to pick up steam though and I think developers are taking notice that MS has learned from their mistakes with the original xbox |

I'd just like to make clear that the X-Box was placed into the console wars for one purpose and one purpose only. Microsoft was testing the waters of the video game industry and was willing to lose money to see what the gamers wanted and how they'd react to certain things. Very smart on their part. |

| LOL. No way it's 3 procs.... that would overheat like a biatch, even if you put throttling on it. In that contained space it would overheat so fast; granted you could use some sort of mobile chip with throttling but then having 3 procs at 3 ghz kinda defeats the purpose if they cant run at that speed without overheating. |

are you daft?? cause you need to take a look at the developers that have signed on for the xbox 360 read the in news... I've said it before and I'll say it again, Microsoft learned from their mistakes with Xbox (the new developers that have signed on to produce exclusive content that didn't previously make xbox games proves this even further!! If you actually think developers are going to lose a year and half of revenue by waiting to develop for the ps3 you are retarded. All the new systems are going to be great and you know what you can have your "games" for ps2 and by the end of this year I'll have my games for xbox360! and I can safely say I wont be the only one!! Oh and sony may have to delay the ps3 even further due to the new deals being banged out with regards to blue ray and hd-dvd being combined, see what happens when a company banks on a new format ...:rolleyes: Bottom line is video games are videogames for you to say one is better then another is fine but keep in mind thats your personal opinion! I could care less about your opinion cause it isn't open minded but I do care about the opinion of the developers the people that make these "games" you speak of and how they want to get their games out onto the xbox 360!
one question please list these games you speak of that are not attainable on any other system ... |
