To be honest, It has it's ups and downs. I only get along with like one person at my store......the rest are ghetto ass pieces of (ask me how i really feel:haha: ) Im looking for another job atm.....might be moving to the indirect side of my company in the near future.:toothless |

What a load of ....pick the worst qualities of people and list them and then list the best qualities of Hitler....
Then the thing went on to tlak about amatuers built the ark and pros built the Titantic...
Difference is...the Titantic was a real ship...the Ark was a made up story that only a child could beleive or someone with very little intelectual capacity:rolleyes: |

Funny thing is that there is speculating evidence that the ark really did exist...there are pieces of it that are being tested from Mount Ararat in Eastern Turkey. :cool:

Many claims are made for sighting of the remains of the Ark in the mountains of Turkey. These Ark-pieces are supposed to be about 9000 feet up the side of one mountain; these mountains are not gently rolling hills. They're huge great things covered with snow and full of jagged crevices. The mountain goats, birds and flying squirrels could have probably got down safely (as long as they didn't freeze or starve on the way), but elephants, penguins, camels and crocodiles are not noted for their natural mountaineering ability.
So let me get this straight - Noah, at the ripe old age of 600, and his sons built, using their bare hands, a seagoing vessel large enough to house a pair of every land animal on the planet for at least 40 days? This boat would of been bigger than a super-tanker to house the millions of species on the land.
No matter what time of year it was, many creatures would be hibernating (it's always winter somewhere). Many creatures are only found on one continent; indeed some are limited to a small island/forest/mountain. It's a neat trick to be able to walk thousands of miles to the Middle East if you're hibernating on a remote island near Alaska.
Modern shipyards build large ships from metal, as wooden ships beyond a certain size simply cannot support their own weight.
What did the carnivores eat?
How did all the creatures manage to get to and from the Ark from their natural habitats, long journey.
Noah had to set about repopulating the world. Again, incest in the bible rears its ugly head. (Just as an aside, as all people before Noah were now dead, how does anyone know if the other events in the O.T. are true? We only have Noah's word for it, surely?). The human race effectively began again with Noah & co.
They usually state that dinosaurs died during the Flood. But why didn't Noah take any of these dinosaurs on the Ark? The Bible says he took two of every land animal. Also, if the fossil record was indeed created during the flood, then why do we consistently find that the lower down you go, the smaller the fossils become? If all the land animals died during the flood, we would expect the fossil record to be a hopelessly jumbled mess, with human bones being mixed up with dinosaur bones and Trilobites. What we actually find is a neatly layered set of strata that appear to be in chronological order, showing the evolutionary development from early, simple creatures up to modern, complex creatures.
God, who can create or destroy entire galaxies with no effort at all, has to get some poor slob to build an enormous ship, transport millions of animals from all over the planet to this ship, flood the entire planet, drain the water and then redistribute the animals again and repopulate the earth?
Why not just click his fingers and cause everything to be as he wishes it to be?
Why go to the trouble of causing the terrible deaths by drowning of billions of animals, birds, insects and humans? This includes, of course, all those innocent babies and children who haven't had time to even start sinning yet.
Drowning babies... Quite odd behavior for an all-powerful, infinitely compassionate God, is it not?

i wonder how many species noah knew at the time?? common sense would dictate that it was only prally 100 or less lol! ps we're not talking about bible stuff here, we're talking straight up fact that scientists have gathered.. bible is not a science book.
regardless, i take it serious when i see on discovery channel and history channel :cool: |

Then he disobeyed God's orders. God, according to the Bible, said take 2 of each species (or 7 - depending on which version of the story you beleive). God did not say "take 2 of every species you know of Noah".
So according to you - Noah disobeyed God! Man you bible beleivers sure pick and choose.
