If you're going to state a "fact" that isn't well known, YOU NEED EVIDENCE otherwise it's very hard to believe. Sorry but I'm not calling Canada when I know the reality of the situation.

What do you want for evidence exactly? A recorded phone conversation? No thanks, I could care less if an internet message board believes something like that.

Now can we stop the X-box vs PS arguements and get back to talking about how awesome the PS3 is going to be. The only thing I'm not feeling about the PS3 are the controllers. Does anybody know if you are going to be able to use Dualshock 2 controllers on the PS3? Also I've heard that later on Sony is going to release another version of the PS3 quite similar to the PSX is this true? |

So your entire base argument and the use of P2P as an example were a waste of time because they were made up. ;)

Alright. You don't seem to understand what we're getting at so let me break it down for you.
What you're doing is comparing apples and oranges. X-Box + Emu can not be compared to simply a PS2 or a Gamecube. These "extra features" have no +/- effect on how good the console is. If you wanted to shout all day about the "extra features" then you'd have to compare them to PS2's hypothetical car feature. Otherwise, you're comparing the games and the console of one company to the other. Simple as that. |

It was just a question I threw at you, one you obviously couldn't answer if your immediate answer was "prove it".
It's a gaming console, I think that saying it runs most emulators is a pretty fair argument considering the console was meant for gaming. The fact that you mention a stupid car feature just shows you're really reaching for an argument :p |

Same here. However, since they'll sync up using Bluetooth, chances are you'll be able to use a myriad of other controllers that'll fit your fancy.

Not likely (at least at the moment). The entire suit revolving around Dual Shock is still in court therefore the controllers won't see the light of day for a bit (if they ever will, that is).

Nothing's for certain yet. We are sure that the second version of the PS3 will have a significantly bigger HD and SOME DVR-TV capabilities. |

I'm just trying to settle the baseless argument that you have when you ALWAYS use the fact that the X-Box has Emu capabilities to show how much more of an awesome system it is. Rather than talking about X-Box Live, something actually relating to the console and the games, you go and talk about what a mod chip can do. We're talking about the console. Not the mod chip. Get it straight. |

I was never trying to convince you, I don't recall sounding desperate, I just stated it in one of my points and instead of being able to give me an answer you just yell out "prove it" like a child in denial :haha:.
A modchip unlocks what a system is capable of, otherwise it's like a computer with a child lock on it. I don't see a problem with mentioning what a system is capable of. Do you bash people who overclock their computers or people who put on aftermarket car parts? |
