Add to this that you can no longer properly disapline kids. Especially at school. You cant even grab the arm of a child who is running away from you? And parents? No kidding. The utter lack of power teachers and parents seem to have is riddiculous... no wonder many kinds cant be control. gawd. its simply not worth it to true if ur constantly fearing being sued. it hard operating in such an environment. |

| None of kids would act like this in Eastern European countries. Ohhh, hellzzzz no! Although, the countries do have domestic-social problems and you see kids walking around smoking cigarette's at age 6 but that's mainly because their parents are alcoholics/junkies, etc. That is a totally different matter as opposed to this. Normally a kid would not be doing this because their is a thing called discipline. This is what NA kids lack. Parents don't teach them any discipline whatsoever. Call me egotistical but I don't care for these kids actions or what they do because simply it's the parents fault. |

Here.. I'm going to have to hijack and disagree. It's not thte lack of power of teachers and parents.. It's the lack of respectable teachers and decent parents. Good people don't necessarily make good parents and teachers are normally people who got into university.. found out they couldn't do jack with their lives and got into it (i apologize if i've offended anyone here). I was told straight up in high school I had a lack of respect for the system. It wasn't because I know not respect.. it was because these people don't deserve respect. Authority doesn not equate to respectability. Many of the teachers hate their jobs.. hate the students, slack off or have no idea what they're teaching. Circling back around to kids being douchebags.. there's a reason a lot of them act like this today. They didn't decide to start cutting themselves and swearing at teachers overnight. |
