I HATE Petro Canada as well. Had an extremely BAD experience with them and wrote a letter to the head office. Got absolutely nothing in return. I've taken my business elsewhere....

If you want to play in our sandbox, you got to play by our rules a ty as they may be.
If there is a law in Belgium can I brake it there if I am from another Country and the law is different. NOT.
Maybe the solution is: QUIT F**KING SMOKING?
This is really what our government is trying to accomplish because it has finally realized something it know 50 years ago. Smoking Kills you!
They would now rather give up the Tax Revenue and save the money on Healthcare to treat all the Cancer victims! |

The point is that its NOT the law. Its just a bunch of idiots that dont know what they are doing. So take your little crusade elsewhere. If you dont want to smoke thats great but other people are allowed to make adult choices.
How would you like it if someone was up in your face telling you how to live? "alcohol is bad". "drugs are bad" "dont have sex before marriage".

man, ur so off topic. the point of this whole discussion is that passports are a legal and international form of ID and can be used in any country to identify yourself. |

You are either missing the point or maybe don't know the rules of "our sandbox" either?. According to Canadian law (link), passports are a legal way of showing your age regardless if it's a Canadian passport or not. The person working at Petro Canada was ignorant to this and refused to accept it as ID. |
