lol true. but if the ppl higher up dont care either then i start to wounder what their problem is :conf: oh well, petro canada is usually an over priced place anyway! so just another reason not to buy anything there!
i never had a problem with my swedish ID here, biggest problem would be that it takes forever for them to figure out the birth date :p |

| i usually go to shell or esso. The cheapest by far though is usually pioneer or sunoco. |

Esso/Imperial Oil is the only company that doesn't fund alternative fuel research. They simply don't care.
Shell is the best. They fuel Formula one.

why should oil companies fund alternative fuels? Shouldnt alternative companies do that? why should a company be forced to find ways to put themselves out of business? Kind of dumb if you ask me.
Having said that it would be nice if we could get off the oil fix that we are on. |

Don't you think that they'd wanna be the ones to profit on the inevitable? Not really that dumb. I mean, if hydrogen fuel cell powered vehicles take off, these cars'll need a source of fuel. It's only natural that those that invest the most have the upperhand on the future potential market, saving their asses for when the black gold runs out.

That's not the point. It doesn't help progress the rate at which we find a suitable alternative fuel.
Anyway, isn't the Belgium part of the EU? Do you have an EU passport or a strictly belgian one? Some gas stations have been nailed before for being to lax on the cigarette sales, in turn, their bosses turn anal and give people who don't have any formal training the benefit of the doubt.
