Racism..how can i deal with it?

| when i was walking home from the store a few hours ago, 2 bold guys wearing puffy jackets, and army boots came up to me and started calling me "Paki" and all sorts of names and started spitting at me and spray painting that hilter sign on my jacket. this is the first time i have been attacked because i was brown. what do i do? |

Firstly - sorry this happened. Nobody should have to deal with this type of horrible harassment.
Call the police immediately - there is hate-law legislation to deal with this. This is a serious offense. |

What the ?! Dude, I'm sorry to hear that. Some people seriously don't deserve to live. That is beyond unacceptable.
These are the type of people who need to have their faces bashed in with a tire iron. Also, this tire iron is covered in spiders. Spiders which spit acid, and are poisonous to touch. In addition, the tire iron itself is on fire. However, the spiders are immune to the blazing inferno. |

This is really unfortunate.
I can't immagine being in such a situation. I'm so sorry that intolerance like this exists.
I hope the police are able to catch these guys and prosecute.
I think I can speak for pretty much everybody here, we'll help and support you in any way we can. |

I'm deeply disgusted and sorry to hear of this despicable crime... I echo RJ's thoughts, that I hope that the perpetrators are caught and brought to justice.

Wow. I can't believe that sorta thing happening in Toronto. I've lived in some real harsh places, and seen people (of all races) degenerate into scum...but never in Toronto. Shocking. Guess it just proves no matter how racially tolerant a city might be there's still a few bad apples who are intent on soiling a cities (and countries) reputation.
Hope the police are able to follow up on your report and administer the proper punishment. If you met these guys in an area where you live i'd suggest being careful the next time you step out. I hate telling anyone to carry a weapon because of all the things that can go wrong...but sometimes there's really no alternative. Especially if you have to walk thru an area which these bitches might prowl...

I abhore violence, but that doesn't give lisence for anyone to walk all over you.
