Well, Im surprised I like Delta's music myself. I dont go in for that type of music at all.
Im a pure trance-head... nothing but trance love over here (meh, and some house and prog. and techno of course for variety! :D)
But whut can I say, i simply DO love the Delta produced on her first albulm. We dont gots her 2nd one over here yet, so i dunno whut ill think of the sound on that one, but we'll see i suppose ;)

| i wouldnt mind hearing a few remixes, as long as they weren't too over the top or dj sammy style. maybe satoshi tomeii could do one, that would be cool :) |

Personally, Id prefer a more trance take on her songs than house. (no disrespect to Tomiie tho, that guy lays down some sick ... went CRAZY to him at Boa here in Toronto back in Jan.)
Im thinking a solid G&D or an Above & Beyond remix to some off her first albulm. :D

i was thinking of those also but i love satoshi's remix of hungry by kosheen and was thinking of something like that :) some of the songs could probably go good with an armin or a&b kinda sound though |

I don't even know anything about the vocalist your talking about but with all due respect no one works with hooky, sexy female vocals better than satoshi
Just look at how great kelli ali & satoshi work together in 'love in traffic' or 'up in flames'. Wow. |

Delta has a great voice, and amazing talent, but the major problem is that in Australia she is viewed as a bit of a nerd.
She released a line of underwear, but its the kind that the over-50s would buy, and her lack of sex symbol status was made even worse by the fact she got cancer and her hair fell out.
Then was the time she got dumped by the 'poo for Paris, and it was said to be because she was 'boring'. And then you consider she is never more than 10 metres away from her Mum, and then you also think about the fact all her songs are lovey lovey ballads that bore most people to tears, including myself.
Delta needs some spice.
I'd recommend that Delta should spend 6 months on the streets of LA as a crack whore while she learns some culture, sexes herself up a bit and loses the nice girl next door image. |
