It was an ok night..
The only good bit was sitting in the artist room with everyone, with everyone drinking up free water/alco!
I was sitting next to Nick Warren and didnt even relised cause i was sooo gone!
Good to meet some of the TA's as well :D |

Alex_Cooke's GodsKitchen 2005 (Melbourne) Review:
Wow, What a Night!
Event Highlights:
* Meetings some of the AU.TA's finally!!
* Taking photos of hot boys with Narcism
* Narcism's boyfriends amazing disappearing act (Lol, that was freaky)
* The Willy Wonka Man
* The "Don't Worry, its go no sugar" conversation.
* The german chick who was texting Dave Dresden thoughout the whole G&D set and then magically disappeared with him at the end of the set.
* Being stuck between Philby & Narcism in the front row of BT/A&B
* Singing along with Zoe, Dido & Jes (i think thats why i have no voice today.
* Mistaking Jizza for Gerry (Woops, wont do that again...)
* Meeting Josh Gabriel (funnily enough, Dave was nowhere to be seen! Lol)
* Meeting and getting a photo with Tony and Pavvo from A&B after thier set in the VIP area (Thanks again Narcism for the pass!)
*-M-'s Mum (old lady who people kept telling me was Nick's Mum!)
Music Highlights:
* G&D opening with Arcadia
* Hearing (and singing along to) "No-One on Earth" about 3 times as well as some G&D Remix of "Dont Leave Home" by Dido
* BT opening with some remix of Coldplay - Talk
* BT spinning Godspeed (I was in tears...)
* A&B playing thier new track "Alone Tonight" as second last song
* A&B closing thier set with thier 2004 remix of Silence (Nearly died when that was played)
Overall: Absolutely Awesome Night
10/10
Cant wait to see some of those photos!!!

Cant believe Steve played Girl Nobody - Cages (Lemon 8 Remix), I was joking with a friend before GK that someone might play it. But the chances of that happening i figured would be next too none seeings the only place ive ever heard it is on Cream Fields. Keep up the good work.

was everytime i mentioned faithless they some how appeared, when we were trying to convince alex that dido was maxi jazz's sister hahaha then zoe came blasting out the speakers, then i was telling alex bout the speakers at the faithless concert and look out

Gabriel and Dresden played an amazing set, altho everyone knows im not really a fan of vocals and at once stage everyone was singing along and i turned to alex n said i feel bad how i dont know the words and he didnt either so then i didnt feel so bad.
BT what can i say about BT
ing blew everyone away, dunno wat was wrong with u sydney folk,
FLAMIN BLOODY JUNE :eyespop: was amazing
dreaming was good and then force of gravity oh the excitement and i owe alex some money coz he guessed love comes again b4 anyone else
oh i nearly forgot trainwreck of the night goes to gabriel and dresden remixing out of no one on earth heheheh :eek:
erm wat i seen of above n beyond :eyes:
tho they played madonna what it feels like for a girl over no one on earth, was a bit odd
HAHHAA i just watched my vid's where alex put his finger in the middle then u hear me telling him to off :eyespop: didnt realise it was that clear :p
