Another idea is to also have an area set aside on the first page to show when you ARE and ARE NOT currently available? Name as it is means your available - red you are not!!!! + 3 failiures to upload after accepting results in a 5 point deduction.
BASICALLY, if your in it - DO IT! If you aint gonna do it - LEAVE IT! |

I think that if one of the competitiors don't upload no-one gets the 'win'. And the guilty person get some penalty. Either loose points or something like 'be judge twice before being able to challange/be challanged again' |
