It really depends on the person itself and it's difficult to classify which gender is more at blame because in any case it takes two genders to cheat.

or so you would hope :haha:

If you want a long term meaningful relationship then whatever you do don't look for one. No person who's ever sought a long term relationship has ever found one (or at least a good one). It seems that when women are seeking a long term relationship they tend to try to force it quicker then it would naturally develope... that scares men away. Around the time I met my fiancee I was starting to date a great girl but she was clearly trying too hard to make more of our relationship then it was. I definately was not ready to jump into a long term relationship at the time so I stopped seeing her and started dating my fiancee.... I guess I was ready for a long term relationship but she was trying to make it happen too fast... men will always bail before we allow ourselves to get rushed into something.

This man speaks truth, the most meaningful relationships I have found always turned up out of the blue, never when I was trying to find them. :)

As for the thread, it seems the majority of women today are serial manogomists, or if not, cheap whores :p

Thank god there is still a select few who are decent all around :)

hmmm, it has been my observation that men do it more...like just keep some chick around because she's pretty and good in the sack, yet they are always looking over their shoulder at the club for someone better...at least when females do it, it's for a better reason other than just "oh he's a great lay". lol but i know there are women out there who will keep a guy around for ridiculous and selfish reasons as well.

and by the way, this game boils down to one thing only, insecurity.

yeah, but guys normally look at it like, well, i can either be alone, or screwing till something better comes along. and then, they do just that. basically wait it out. but they don't keep anything else than a thin facade, if the girl is minimally inteligent, she'll be able to tell and dump him. guys don't seem to feel the need for covering it up either. if confronted by anyone else, most admit to their evil ways :disbelief

anyhow, they won't really hesitate to break up with her, should need be in most cases. whereas girls, for the whole security, just cling on like they're soulmates till one day when they send the poor sucker packin'.

well, from what i've seen at least. i couldn't be in a relationship with a person i don't really like. hell, i normally can't be in the same room alone with a person if i dislike them. heh.
