I can't believe how ty Mauro Picotto was. It was so frustrating that I had to go to the Zone to get my night's worth of dancing. Deko-ze never disappoints. I could listen to eight hours of him spinning.
Dave Clarke through down some hard . So hard, it made me think about Dominik (who now spins jungle). |

Its only Mistress B's set that made the $45 entry justifieable...well besides winning a t-shirt woohoooo! Her set was amazing...my first time seeing her and wow!! impressive!
Picotto's set was rather slow...picked it up only in the last half hour of his set but not to make up for the missed time. He was just not into and it showed.
Went to the zone after just in time to catch dekoze, and sydney blue, and Jelo. None of which dissappointed. Cherry beach was empty...and just got tired after that so headed home. Contemplating on going out for a MO solo set today...we'll see... |

Marco Bailey got off to a rather slow start but the last half of his set was awesome. Miss B came on and took it to the next level. Dave Clarke, what can I say? Best set of the night in my opinion. He completely destroyed me. I like my techno hard and boy did his set kick my ass all around the dance floor. And then there was Mauro Picotto. I'm not even going to bother. As Nat already said, they shouldn't even book him anymore. He's a in waste of time.
I really enjoyed chillin/dancing on the skybar after Clarke's set. MO & Nathan Barato were awesome! What a way to end the night. It was great seeing everyone having a good time. Jenny, it was nice to finally meet you. I'd heard you were a great dancer and they weren't lying. :) I'm glad there was plenty of room to dance but kinda pissed that the gold club lounge was closed all night. Great seeing so many TAs out even though Tiesto was in town. Big up to all of ya!
I was too busy dancing to take many pics but here are the ones I did manage to take.

Exactly my thoughts!
Harry Choo Choo Romero was funky and chunky, but I only caught part of his set (including Dire Straits - money for nothing [some remix]!). |
Deep Dish remixed Money For Nothing, then for their new double-CD release, they mashed it up with Flashdance over a dirty beat. The track's called Deep Dish - Flashing For Money...that's what HCCR dropped.
We dipped up to Skybar when we had the chance, and then I had to get my buddy out when the bouncer was escorting him from the washroom because he passed out and someone threw water on him to wake him after some bitch (we think it was her) date-raped his drink. I'll kill her if I see her...bet on that. |

they actually brought in the new technics CD players - he won't use the pioneers. He had a giant box full of only CDs - it was wild. He didn't bring a single record! |
ahh thanks for that correction. read an article where he dissed the pioneers actually, my bad. |

| WOW!!! I'll share my pictures when I get back to the states. In the meantime, I like to say just, wow. You guys definitely have better vibe than the Washington DC crowd. Wait, is Miss Barabra on this board as well? |
