He does both, as do most DJs. It's trivial, as you've seen cats like Sasha and a few others (like locals Ramy vs. David) trying to make the complete switch to digital, because there's so much more one can do (as far as effects) with 1000s, etc., but some just don't want to drift too far from vinyl.
Harry (and other Subliminal cats, like Erick Morillo and Junior Sanchez), being from NYC, will likely keep it real in the world of records, but also dip into CDJs to bring those effects into his work, because you just can't avoid the progression of technology.

Soundsystem problems or not, it doesn't change the fact that the 1st record, and everything afterwards for the next 90 mins, were at a ridiculously slow beat. That 1st record should've never been dropped when he started, after 4 hrs of solid banging beats from the people who played ahead of him. IT KILLS THE VIBE. < And he's done this the past 3x he's been here. Maybe he hates TO or something. ;) |

| Apparently the guv vibe was awesome specially with all the TA's around, it wasnt packed at all, since everyone was at cramfest @ tiesto, overall i had a good night, KevinEarth=one funny guy:D |

Overall G2 was a decent night, nothing spectacular but nothing too much too bitch about. Got into the Guv around 11:30 just to warm up, hung around the Orange Room for a bit just to get the groove going than off to the Guv at 12 to see Marco Bailey spin. This is my 2nd time hearing him spin and he was alright, nothing mindblowing. Sticked around for Misstress and man she was dropping some crazy bombs, loved the vibe from the Guv crowd at that time. It was really nice for a change that the Guv was not packed like a bunch of sardines, gave some room to move.
The only real heartbreaker of the night was when I found out that Baby Anne wasn't gonna make it that night. I was so crushed cause she was basically the sole reason I went that night but ah well. Didn't really spend too much time in the Orange Room after that since I decided to go upstairs to The Drink. Man, Harry "Choo Choo" Romero was dropping some sick beats in The Drink, it was a very funky, electro, deep house. I was loving it. Seb Fontaine came on afterwards and he followed suit and dropped some more sick beats.
Didn't really care too much for Mauro Picotto since I wasn't feeling it at all so I spent the rest of my night at the Skybar just hanging out. Here's alittle funny story, around 4-5ish Sydney Blu was spinning and I wanted to get up on the higher level to take a picture of her. I was the guy that was standing near the booth if I could come up and and he motioned that I could. So I get up there and take my picture with her and hung around for a bit and started to chat it up with the guy that was there. He asked me how my night was going and everything and stuff like that. 10 mins pass by and he tells me that he "has to get ready" and then it dawns on me that I was talking to Addy for the whole time and didn't even realize it. I felt like such a bum.
Overall the night was pretty decent, went by alittle quickly and this time around I actually got to finally meet some new TA's, big shoutouts to samhouse, tully, Highroller, joinT, Funkyfun, AwakenedAddict, and Liam. Hopefully we can party it up sometime soon.
