local dj's in the US use vinyl and cds...i don't know about in other countries hehee :p
and i'd say for the scene that we do have in the US...a vast majority of the people either want to aspire to dj or are themselves already djs, so there is a lot of vinyl going on. hell like i said earlier...i really just like to collect vinyl first and foremost and if i can someday dj, well than that's awesome, but i just love records hahah :p |

I get promo mp3s and think of it as try before i buy. Every month i spend at least £40 on vinyl. Ive spent over £100 for a month on records loads of times, If i like a song ill get it on record to show some support, and so i can spin it. If i dont like it i wont get it
I know its illegal what im doing, but i personally think the piracy is aimed more towards the mainstream like chart music. Within the trance community recently ive seen more and more people supporting the artists, being it records, cd's, albums or even mp3's via beatport, audiojelly and such like. People seem to be supporting more and more
Without me downloading mp3s i wouldnt hear the music, so i wouldnt know what i liked and so what to buy, Its a catch 22 situation really |

It is important to mention that if you are a DJ or recording label truly feels that DJlivesets.com intentions are not plausibly appropriate, we can remove any related material from works of you or recording label and we are willing and open for any negotiation.
That was all? :P
But thx for mentioning it :) |

you dont seem annoyed....i find that odd. You seem to be annoyed at people who download music and dont give the artist any money, yet you are not really annoyed at the fact that people are selling music and keeping the money for themselves...seems to me that downloading for free is not as bad as selling them and keeping the cash....no? |

But in fact i don't know if it's legal or not. And the fact that he offers removal is comforting me a bit. And if i would make a very big deal of every case of mp3ing, copying, liveset offering or whatever i would have died 5 years ago. It's there, I can't change it, but I can try to live with it and take it as it is... |
