| i dunno javi anxiety attacks aint like that for me. anxiety attacks for me is like. i get really anxious but for no reason. its ed. i dotn know if im coming or going tho. |

Loss of control over your breathing, (ok this is going to sound gay, but whatever) inexplicable crying for seemingly no reason, cyclical negative thought...
I don't know what else... I just get incredibly shaky, sweaty, I can't breathe normally... just a total loss of control... |

Ok, biggest anxiety attack I have is running out of beer. A six or less on hand drives it cause probably will run out in the middle of a buzzz. A trip to the liquor store normally solves it.

i was curious of these symptoms too.. then i guess i havent had one..
i have trouble focusing, unless i have like a million things to do....
i can talk to people and if a 3rd party is sitting near and they even as much as move their finger or scratch their face then i have no idea what im even trying to listen anymore b/c my full attention has now been focused on what they twitched or scratched... but knowing that i truely want to pay attention and listen but keep thinking of this 3rd party now and how to not think about the 3rd party....
drives me up the in wall... |

You're absolutely right about it being a linear thought process that just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger, once you question one aspect of your life, or one area, you wonder how that reflects on the rest of your life, and so forth and so on until finally you've created this entirely fictional "reality" for yourself that isn't (or at least might not be) how things really are, but how you create them in your own mind...
