Boy, are you way off target. At 900W, two amps and a pile of subs, I can make it sound any way I want. I do have tons of filters and controls for each, BTW and that's a given. What a f*cking fool to think otherwise...unless you only listen on pathetic headphones instead of real sound...

:D

Once again folks, we see that if it's not the smokeape way, it's the WRONG way.

Good thing you are here to set us straight in yet another thread.

are you kidding me? headphones are good to use as a reference point or monitoring,ofcourse you are not going to get the same power as you would get from a speaker.So just because they are not loud enough it makes them bad?:rolleyes:

loud=Doesnt mean it sounds better
GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEAD :p

Wait till they break like they have on 95% of the people out there who've owned a pair.

yesh, they're on my wish list.

I got a pair of Grado SR225s. They are easily driven so no amp required. Great value as the bass is HUGE.

Hey, if you got the power like me, who needs headphones? I can hear loud and clear and THUMP. THUMP means you can feel it in your body, like in my truck with 1500W of power with 10" and 12" woofs. Can't get that body feeling in headphones. BTW, I exercise like about every day down at the park with a Sony Walkman and earbuds. Would not expect headphones to do it much better.
