I just don't like the way they deal with low end sounds... certain basslines and kicks come through a bit muddier than I've noticed in a lot of other phones... |

Well consider yourself lucky.
It's not been known that the sound goes bad but the tilting brace around the earcups seems to fracture quite regurlaly. |

power=not quality
too much bottom end(bass)= creates masking effect which leads to taking away the quality of the song.but then again you said you have hearing problems so it makes sense you wanting more power since you cant hear it you wanna feel it right?:p |
