Muthaaaa! Looks like Urban Train is gonna romp home ... the Tiesto machine strikes again :eek: I reckon it's an OK track but no way the best of the year ...
Anyway I went for 'Rapture' cos it was easily the most commercially successful trance track of the year and it was SOOOO nice to hear decent trance on the radio at work again!! Besides I always get blown away by trance with sweet, breathy, girlie vocals and it's the best thing that's come out since 'Silence' IMO.
It's been cool following these heats and picking up the names of a few cool tracks that I hadn't even heard before ... I reckon this year has turned out to be a bloody good one for trance after all!!

| out of all the stuff on this list, i'd prolly have to go with innocente. to me, it's the most emotion out of all of em and vocals are absolutely beauitful. quality choon. |

| I voted for Rapture because it played at every party, it was in every liveset and obviously the DJs liked it. I also really really liked it so that's why i voted for it. urban train was also excellent but not as many peeps played it as rapture. |

Bah, looks like Urban Train's going to make it :( Not that I hate it or anything, but it's nothing special.
Anyway I went for Rapture. One of the most original tracks I heard all year. Nadia's got an amazing, really unique voice (unlike Jan "I sing over good tracks but the truth is there are half a million other singers with the same voice as me" Johnston) and sang some of the best lyrics I've ever heard. It's one of the few tracks where the vocals really are an integral part of the track. Ah well, doesn't look like it's going to win.
Second place goes to Ralphie B - Massive IMO. |

| I would personally vote fo Rapture, but the AvB mix. I really dislike the original. So I voted for my 2nd favourite, Urban Train ;) |

Wow this is really hard..!!! :)
hmmm.. 3 best tracks out of this list imo are: Sunset on Ibiza,Urban Train and Rapture...............
I guess the best one (arr.. I think I will regret on it) is Rapture..?

| I voted for the Train; Urban or Suburban, or just plain Village, I nearly voted for Innocente but this track just got the better of me, IMO other tracks should have progressed to this stage as they are better than these, but well I can't have everything now can I :p |

| Well. the best tune of this year Perpetuous Dreamer - The Sound of Goodbye didn't get to the finals :(.. so my vote goes to my second favourite tune of this year.. DJ Tiesto - Suburban Train... :) |

i voted for iio - rapture because it's a great track
the vocals there are really something speacial
i can't get it out of my head
the best remix for this one is of course AVB but i'm not afraid to say i like all the versions of this tune including the original
2nd place was tiesto - urban train
and in 3rd place was ralphie b - massive
there are better tracks than the ones in the list
but in that list those are the tracks i like best |
