you can buy them online @ https://tickets.lvp.nl/, the problem for you i think,
is that you must get them from a dutch postoffice or GWK within 5 days.

u can order em and let someone else get em for ya...
or you can try to email id&t, im sure that theres a way to get tickets without coming to holland first (altouhj i dont know that way heh)

U'll receive the cards at home after they've been pais by the creditcard company.
voorletters = (hmmmm..difficult) subletters, as in': I'm josta kolkman, so my voorletter is J (Kolkman)
voorvoegsel is not of importance (it's the VAN in van Dyk)
achternaam = surname
toevoegsle = not of importance
