Was this directed towards me? or were you just saying that in general?

Moderate reviews so they don't include bad ones?
What is this, the ferry corsten fan club website?

I never said it was!!

and I do know that reviews can be good or bad!

However, by moderating review threads I simply meant to keep the unnecessary stuff out of them ie. if someones wants track ID's who are u to tell them that its probably a better party (something along those lines) when a DJ throws down tracks that are unrecognizable bc he was using a cd!! and if u recognized what the DJ plays you might as well stay home and spin it urself...I'm sorry not all of us are DJ's and own tables and personally I could care less if the track is recognizable or not...as long as it creates a good vibe around me I appreciate it! :)

*puts on flame gear*

u could never really categorize cox but since he plays a lot of techno, people call him a techno dj. He actually got his start playing happy hardcore.

Really he plays everything from house to breaks to techno to prog and even a little trance sometimes.

Its the same way people try to categorize mark oliver as a trance dj when he plays everything as well.

ok Xavier Moriarty...how is it that she saved your nite? Do tell ;)
share this experience with the rest of us TA's please :D

----------------------------------

Newayz...I really feel I gotta say something when i read comments like this:

"i am SICK AND TIRED of hearing u guys cry about how this set was and blah blah...u didn't like it start a thread about MOST HATED SETS or something this is simply ridiculous!!!

can someone moderate the review threads PLEASE????"

I can't begin to say how shameful it is to read this. As TA's we should learn to respect and be more tolerant. I know we are not all perfect but we should all really work on this cuz we need to be more respectful to each other regardless :( :(

I think ravinjunkie has the right idea.
I'll have to look you up at the next event dood.

I said that^^^ bc there is a limit to everything and i don't see how/why its shameful to read it!! just like others on this forum i am also ONLY expressing my opinion :)

because trainspotters who are too worried about which song is coming on next are usually disappointed and it affects the vibe. If you are there to enjoy the moment and the appreciation of good music then it rubs off on everyone else.

Its also frustrating when there is so much good new music out there and many djs are forced to play tired old reruns to satisfy the vocal complainers. We shouldnt be paying a dj tens of thousands of dollars to play music that everyone already knows. Thats what the radio is for.

I'm not going to try and explain something that is blatantly obvious. But if you don't feel it is shameful then good for you.
