| The list is a fraud and a joke anyway. To Tiesto or another ty trance DJ winning beacause this list seems to be decided by noobs and teenage girls anyway. Will Sasha, Holden, Sander or Zabs win... doubtfull, and if they do I may give the list another look next year. |

Come on! Look at an independent source (thedjlist.com). Details will change when compared to the djmag.com list, but the changes are not that dramatic... |

I wouldnt exactly say its a fraud but in my opinion I would think that a majority of the people voting in polls like this do not have much EDM experience as compared to say most of the TAs here (or the people who think they are elitists for that matter). They will vote for the DJs that pop up first in their head.. which of course would be DJs of the likes as Tiesto... which definitely does suck because I believe there are a lot of great DJs out there that deserve more credit than a lot of the DJs that make the top of these lists. Its almost like a popularity contest, just like a high school student council election... the guy who ed the most cheerleaders and played all the sports will win. |
