| House is fun to dance too because there's really no style of dancing to it. I mean, I only have fun dancing to house when I'm completely drunk outta my skull! and then, I don't know what the hell my body's doing, but I just think it looks good.... cause I'm totally obliterated! It's too simple, the same dance moves over and over, atleast in trance you can dance to different rhythyms and soudns in the tracks :D |

house is slow repetitive & on the whole, there's a few decent songs but i'd rather get into a music because i liked it, not cos i thought i could use it to pull.

House is fun when you are with the right type of crowd, it serves a different purpose than trance music, gives off a completely different feeling. I have fun when people play the stuff but I dont enjoy it enough to bother tracking down recordings for personal listening. I like happy upbeat house but the dominant flavor right now seems to be the sleepy brooding kind.
I dont worry so much about the male/female ratio at trance parties, I always thought that trance music was not about meeting girls but the priority was somewhere else other than hooking up and getting drunk. I can go anywhere to hook up and get drunk, I go see trance music for a different purpose that I have trouble explaining. |
