You're right I understand that House is simply for people that can't dance, which must be why you made the switch huh? Or is it cause you can't pull at trance nights :stongue:
and at 27, I'd hardly call me a kiddie anymore  |

Let me just say this. Everytime Ive been to a club with house music there have been girls everywhere, drunk as hell and having a great time. Everytime there was trance playing there was a definite shortage of .
Therefore, House>>>Trance |

Like Mortyman said originally... it's just easy to dance too.
House = Simple music for simple minds :p
...and rythymless blokes  |
yeah trance is all about rhythm...
house, drum n bass>trance
i got sick of trance. that's really it. the last thing i liked that was considered trance was the above & beyond EM in 2004. everything else i hear is cheesy to me. just the same over and over again. and i used to love trance. like, love it. now i don't know what i saw in the music.
i still love goa and psy but uplifting trance is cheesy as and "prog" is ing boring as hell.
if someone can send me in the right direction, please do. and i'm not trying to be an but i would like to hear some good trance. it just seems like there are so many new people/ideas in the house and drum n bass scenes, but i come visit TA and it's like "PAUL VAN DYK IS NUMBER 1!!!!" and people giving head to tiesto and its the same i read about two years ago.
also, trance lacks funk. i need funk.
and again, i'm not trying to be a condescending prick. if someone can lead me in the righ direction, i'd be grateful.
one more thing - dancing to any genre of "dance" music requires no skill at all, that is why it's great. it's not like you are waltzing or some . it's dance music, it's music to have fun and get stupid to |

exactly. Music is about music, if you want women just goto any old whore place & they'll be plenty. There's really some pig thick people around here at times.
And good trance still exists, just don't go looking for it on asot or gdjb |

| I agree that the music is by far the most important thing, but to be honest I don't think I can have a good time when the dancefloor is an absolute sausage fest. Atmosphere is important for a good night.. |
