Did you realise that in your haste to justify your arguement against promotional threads, you accidently aimed it at the incorrect demographic? :conf: Because these so called "promoters" who you insinuated shouldn't be able to "promote themselves and EARN MONEY from a free service" are the DJ's, events and venues that are littered throughout AUTA, not the producers :rolleyes:.
I mean, amature producers earn so much money from this free service don't they? :rolleyes:
So using your own arguement against you, why don't you create an "event thread" sticky it, and lock every new thread promoting an event, because it's rather unfair that promoters should be earning money from a free service, isn't it? :conf: :o Oh and if that isn't a stupid reason enough, I'm a big fat cry baby like lethal, and get pissed off at filtering through threads that I somehow just can't choose to ignore. :rolleyes:

| ^^ that reminds me i never thanked you for sending me a copy of your All Funkd Up one. I thought your mixing was fine tho it wasn't until about track 9 or so (two before the trafik one) where I really started to get into the music but from then on I really liked it. It was good to hear something without a snare roll every 30 seconds. Nice work slade. :) |
