^^^^ I think it'd be a wise choice for Guv (or another club smart enough) to bring Piet back to Toronto in the next 6 months... but this time putting his set earlier in the night...
seems like they'd stand to make a lot of money at least solely based on the reactions and reviews posted in this thread... |

Seriously! Someone please explain me what's so special about this set?
I agree that Piet is an amazing guy and talented DJ but I'm 100% sure that he could do a better job (I guess u would agree with me Piet)! No offence, but we had so many better nights here in Toronto this year.

Well in my opion it wasnt just about the music that night. There was some special energy in the air. Maybe because all the TAs actually got to listen to TRANCE! In terms of melodic trance, yes there could have been more.
Everybody was just excited to be out, they had a great time, and the music along with the pictures helps people to replay the night. :)
and yes Piet did agree with you, because on the way back to the hotel, he said that he had never used the mixer at the guv, and was not used to using monitors, but instead was used to using his headphones to que up a song. So in terms of mixing, he did think he could do better.
Its not about proving why the night was good, all that matters is that people came out and had fun. |

hmmm... well, i didn't get to see A&B, so i can't really say...
but I dunno, it was just something about that night. It may have just been the great time we all had at Scotland Yards before the show. It really hyped up the night, and in my opinion Piet delievered.
I think its a good idea to have more pre-meets like this, it was just too much fun. |

If I could get that A&B set...my life would be complete. It was the 2nd best set I've ever heard at the Guv...next to Ferry's 8 hr one back in March 2004. |
