I saw before ranks very last track (havent read all revies yet, i gotta find out from jay whut it was HOLY S AMAZING SICK SONG) that it looked like u and he were about to go, then rank ing dropped ONE MORE bomb on us and INSTANTEOUSLY you pulled away the very nanosecond u heard that song and ran to ur spot on the dance floor again and lost your s like it was the beginning of hte night!! and i just saw ali look like he was thinking 'omg - ANOTHER track' hahaha :haha: :haha: it was a funny moment - NADA you are a machine after my own heart!

meh night made awesome by Rank 1!!!!!
The drink had some good tunes going early on, then I later went to the guv and Oliver was doin ok I guess. I wasnt feeling the house. Then Tall Paul came on and just got more BORING for me. I was NOT impressed by him at all. ( I enjoy house from time to time but I just wasnt enjoying his set and imo the crowd looked down too)
Once he started to speed it up a bit I got more into it and was fully going once Rank 1 came on! Just WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU RANK 1!!!!

Nice to see the regular Ta's and to meet a couple more. Great to go nuts next to Ampz for a while :crazy:

I loved it. The whole night was an eleven.
Started of the night getting lost trying to find Scotland Yards (me lost, oh never!!!). Eventually found it and got in side to see several TA’s already chillin and drinking up a storm. Who’s every idea it was for that pre-meet should be given a metal. It’s always a pleasure getting to meet up with TA’s before a party. It was also great to meet some new faces: m2j, smuncky, iLiptikalOrbitZ, INTRANCE, and Inmyplace.
Chilled at Yards for a while sucking back on some pitchers with Jamie, Josh and Robin while we waited for THE MAN to arrive. Not sure what time he arrived around, but he was definitely well received. Favourite memory of the night at Scotlands- trying to assemble drunk TA’s + Other TA’s to get one collective photo= Pure jokes:haha: . Piet was very welcoming to all who approached him. Continued to drink more.
Then it was the moment of truth - THE DRAW:eek: . I was so pumed for this because it was my one year anniversary of being in the scene. It all started one year ago for Miss K (I missed you babe) and myself at Rank 1. It only seemed fair that I should win the right to go up to the dj booth and record the tracklist. Light does shine on a dog’s ass some days and yesterday it was mine:toothless . I somehow became even more pumped up for the party after this little treat. After that I continued to drink with a big :) on my face. Shortly following that we all started getting ready to head to Guv.

We got to the Guv and got in without incident. Heard the banging beats of Tall Paul and was very impressed. He has quite the dj style. I loved every minute of it and I could barely contain my excitement about getting to party in the dj booth. Four o’clock finally arrived and Barry came and got me to head up stars. We get up stairs and Barry opened the dj booth door for us. It opened and there were people partying everywhere. Girls half dressed :eyespop: spilling champagne. Tables filled with erotic foods and decadent desserts. All the free alcohol one could drink. Okay, okay so I’m exaggerating a little. Okay a lot. None of the above was there, but it was awesome nonetheless. It was so awesome getting to meet Tall Paul, MO, and Piet again in their domains. Getting to meet them properly and getting to talk to them for more than the “you’re awesome” comments.
It was all too soon and then Rank 1 was on. Man did he play some sick sick SICK BEATS. I was eating it up:happy2: . It was quite different being up there seeing the crowd partying. If I was a dj I don’t think I would like to play up there at all. There was a real distance between the dj and crowd. I think it is way too hard to be able to connect with the crowd from such a high and far distance. Piet however was destroying the crowd with track after track of tech trance, which he would hand me afterwards and I would write it down:tongue2. And this is how the track list was born. Unfortunately all good things must come to and ends as did my time in the booth :sadgreen: . The night quickly turned into day, were I was left with a much found memory of an amazing anniversary and an experience never forgotten.
HUGE shout out to Piet of Rank 1 for taking the time to meet up with the TA’s and for allowing me the opportunity to record the track list :D :D :D :D :D |

I was sorely missing your and Danny's appearance last night. I really ing was. When there is insane trance ing playing, you two are 2 of my first ppl that come to mind (and there might be only 6 ppl that readily jump into my mind that i wish I was sharing a really sick trance song to - and you guys rank at the top of the list)
I was really bummed you guys didnt come - i totally thought yall were. WHY DREW WHY!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Miss you two guys!
Speaking of ppl I was missing, ONE of those persons actually showed up near the end of rank's set and really ing made my night.
