Also, IF ANYONE is considering buying an HDTV, then wait another year or 2. Trust me on this. Majority of HDTV's haven't reached true HDTV resolution yet (1080p)...so you're better off waiting until TV's that support that resolution are available at a reasonable price.
To be honest, I'm expecting those TV's to be easily available by this time next year. |

The 360 (and all other consoles) are a joke compared to the games that PC developers are starting to roll out with. Once you've seen FEAR jacked up to full settings on a 256MB 6800 Ultra with a 3+ GHz processor and 2GB of RAM, everything else is "meh".
360 premium packs are going for like $1k, now. Ridiculous. |

I agree completely... usually consoles are better than PCs for a while, and then PCs catch up. From what I've seen, PCs still remain better =/ |

I've yet to see a PC game come remotely close to what Playstation 3 is doing graphically, even though graphics don't make a game especially nowadays with the leaps in graphics becoming smaller and smaller. |

Yeah my friend works at Best Buy and they had a midnight sale of the new Xbox. He said people started camping outside at 4 in the morning and by noon the line stretched all the way out behind the loading dock, people pitching tents and stuff.
30 minutes after midnight, they were sold out completely. |

You're not behind, I am. I don't even have a Playstation 2. The last console I bought was 3DO back in 1997.

The last I had was a dreamcast, even though it only had 2 games... Before that I had an N64, which I loved. Super Smash Bros ftw |
