1. This is Non consensual Sex is it as you have not give him permission to do what he did ?. Example is your having sex one night and he wants to go down the other hole if you know what I mean and you said No thanks ! and he did it anyway and you were like wtf are you doing ! this is pure non consensual.
If you took him to court then he could just say you were sleep talking and you were saying , screw me , screw me !

just for the record, i would never be able to sleep through sex. that's not what happened. if u guys read the post, i'm pretty sure i made it clear that i woke up to the feeling of him behind me (naked) moving my underwear over and i just lifted my head (i was on my stomach) and turned around and saw what he was doing and we went at it. yes, i think that's hot. but the only reason why i was a tad bit concerned is because he did it not too long ago when i wasted and passed out. i only remembered bits and pieces the next morning and i asked him casually like, "oh man i was so drunk, we had sex right?" and he was like, "yea we did" but he left out some major things that i'm pretty sure happened. i dont want to get into details, but it was VERY perverted and out of character for him.
im a pretty good judge of character though and i really think it's innocent pervertedness and i think i'm dead on about the whole passive personality thing and that's how he likes to dominate me sometimes. i would REALLY be worried if our normal, consentual sex was boring and he seemed to not be into it...but that's not the case. he just happens to be into this little "passed out" role playing (even though i'm not really role playing) thing so he can take advantage of me.
i started the thread because i really didn't feel like it was THAT ed up...but some friends were thinking it was...so i wanted to see what a bunch of guys had to say about it. |

i don't know if it was mentioned but there was a dr. phil episode on this.
and the wife didn't wake up during the act and her husband was known to do this all the time. he got her pregnant 3 times that way and the first time it happened she was totally ed up because she didn't remember having sex (they had marital sexual problems) so she had no idea how she got pregnant without having sex.
so in the end, yes it is possible to sleep through sex. |
