Just wanna let you guys know that the scene really exists in the middle east... specialy lebanon!!
I'll be posting the past and future event flyers...
And I personaly do believe that a section for the middle east should be opened on this forum.

and there is a forum for Israel, the other countries simply don't have enough people who regularly post from those areas to justify having their own section. There are other areas who have more people but still not enough for as big forum. Maybe a sub-section in the israeli forum could be added at most imo. |

Thanks for your opinion Ian.. and i have passed by the rules before starting this thread...
but the thing is that the political situation between Lebanon(my country) and israel (yours) will cause major problem if put under one section!
On the other hand, I personaly think if a section for the middle east is open, many users will join and participate in it.
Many of my friends are willing to make this happen...

Hey Hey to all ravers around the globe,
First let me send a warm hello to Abkom for beginning this post.
It's been years now since Electro has emerged in Lebanon, many have been fighting to spread the word, radio stations playing the latest tunes and sets by famous DJs, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten among a long list of names.
Many local talents have found their "sound" in Electro, pushing them to invest into this field, travelling to listen for new sounds and buying vinyls and records to spin them for the local fans.
As new styles have been emerging in Europe, Lebanon kept connected with these updates and welcomed Lounge Artist Claude Challe who had many listeners. From lounge music, to trance, passing by Goa and Hard trance, electro was all over.
Many are dedicated for the organization of events, the above mentioned flyers talk more than sentences :) The Lebanese Ravers forum is our point of gathering on the Internet, where discussions and information sharing are an essential key to keep the scene going forward.
Hope we can share our experiences with all of you, someday :)
