Yea, that's a good point. The regulars probably wouldn't pay $40 or $50 to go to this event.
Just out of curiosity, where all has PVD played at in Dallas? |

| I saw ATB there in the fall of '04. While I had heard that it was notoriously asian/thug before I went, it was actually one of the better crowds i've seen in dallas. Only a few "regulars" seemed to be there, most of the crowd seemed to be non-sketchy and nice, into the music and well dressed and . I plan on going, assuming I can get off work friday (morning at least). |

He was there in 03 and he was playing a great setlist imo at the time. Motorcycle, Andain, Carrera 2, Time of our lives twice and was fairly new, of course Nothing but You, For a Revolt, Strance, Michele Nicol - Time(clocks), Breathing (breaks version) etc.
What stood out was the earth shattering bass that shook the club last time. Not that it was unbearable, but was pushed to the max.
Every one says it is a rough crowd that goes ther since then, but I can't imagine them paying for this show. So it will be great, if you can go, you should. |
I think ill be taking the road trip last time i was in dallas was to see deep dish at 7 a while back.. but ive been wanting to see pvd but been missing his shows.. i had to chose either dd in dallas or pvd in denver but this time ill finally get to see pvd.. btw believe me im used to ghetto i live in NM cant be any more ghetto than the clubs here in NM filled with cholos in dickes haha.. :toothless guess its time to reserve my rooms at the adams mark agin :) |
