I had this role one time, that was called rainbow something or other, and it had several different kinds of fish on top, with some secret sauce on it... It was the party in my mouth, partly because I had gone like 2 months without the sushi.

Anyone here tried to make sushi!? It is actually quite fun to do. |

i have! its definitely fun, i say the most important parts to making sushi are the vinegar and the rice, these are the essential pieces to making good sushi |

| I eat sushi pretty much everyday for lunch, usually two packs of Spicy Tuna 4 me....I figure instead of paying the 4 bucks for a crappy american fast food lunch, id rather spend a bit more and like what im eating, its also good for me. |

i love tuna tataki. that stuff is so good. i am a big tuna fan so any rolls with tuna in it, especially spicy tuna rolls are my fav. i love avocado or any veggie in the roll. tempura flakes are great too, and i love any kind of tempura rolls. salmon skin rolls are nice too. oh and edamea beans are tasty too. nuguro is good too, but i really have to be in the mood. the one thing i dont really like about sushi is those small orange eggs, i forget the name of them.
now i want to go and get sushi, but it is so damn expensive :( |

| ye .. tuna is definately on the top of my list .... also enjoy anything w avacado .. miso soup is soooo goood too ... winnipeg has some pretty good sushi bars here |

this one place in the ATL has the best miso soup ive ever tasted, ever. i loooove tempura shrimp and rainbow rolls.
eff this thread, i want to hire my own sushi chef for my house right now to make me stuff whenever i want. in the meantime ill lock him in my closet and make him my leather-clad Gimp |

i'm pretty good at rolling sushi! i just made eggrolls this past weekend, but i think soon i'm gonna make up some tempura shrimp rolls...so good.
i can roll the rice on the outside too...so i feel cool because of that even though it's easy hehe :p |
