I think it's really hard! What is your secret? Do you use seran wrap to do it? I have seen them do that at some pretty highquality sushi joints. |

yeah that's exactly how you do it...
i think it looks nicer with the rice on the outside so that's why i like to do it hehe :p when you do it it can look pretty professional so great when you bring it to someone's house hehe :p
but basically you put your rice all over one side...
then flip it over onto your piece of seran wrap...
but your rice and toppings on this side bla bla...
roll it up as usual just don't roll the seran wrap into it |

i tasted it like a week ago. never again. i couldn't stand any of the side stuff, and neither the fish nor rice went well with my taste in food.
