PvD at Roxy had lights, but in general, I agree, lighting sucks.
Crobar used to have gogo dancers all the time. I don't know why they stopped, but they were kinda stupid anyhow. Sander used to have them for pretty much every party. I think Ferry had them in July. They really haven't been around since late summer/fall, though. |

If you want lights girl, NYC is NOT the place to be. CALI has sick lasers...festivals do (like Ultra)...and Toronto.

I remember when i went to Avalon Boston there were some gogo dancers with hot bodies dancing and all the guys were gravitating to them. t hen my friend who knew the owner told me they were all GUYS!!! i was like :eek: that def teaches u that things arent always wut they seem.

yeah in toronto they have SICK dancers that wear crazy costumes and makeup and fly from the ceiling and .....added with the lights and it calls for a sick show all almost every weekend ;)
I still love ny tho.....:p :p |

tho i must admit tho last time he was at roxy it really did look like a real club the screens lazers all that it was hot it was the best i ve seen that place i think the last time something came remotely that close was in 02 when tiesto an paulie played there now how many of yous remember that?heheehe |

Ferry Corsten: That would be The Guvernment in Toronto. I love that place and my ryder would say a few bottles of Champagne more….for the whole club I mean.

Ive seen Ferry at the Guv about five times and it doesn't get any better than that.....Ferry @ the Guv is one of the sickest parties you can amagine. I get chills just thinking about it!!!:crazy: |

hahahaha.... i think phoenixbebe does work on the side promoting for the guv......
yes, labour of love is THE ..... held on labour day every single year. There are several parties during the year where they open the entire complex.... and the labour of love is one of them. others include NYE and their anniversary parties....
i've been goin to guv since i was 17.... almost every weekend for about a year and a half and then slowed down.... last time i saw ferry was in the kool haus (another huge room inside the complex, bigger than the main room) and he blew the goddamn roof off...
the lights in the guv main room are among the best i've seen.... when i first started going the lasers were only green, and i think about 2 years ago they put in full spectrum lasers.... definitely a visual delight!!!
all this talk of clubbing is getting me excited.... will let u TAs know when i make up my mind about this friday....
