any attack on paperbag is an attack on me.
as for the ps3. I am an avid supporter of the PS series and stand by it even against the successful life of the Xbox and 360. But all this news is similar to the Infinium Phantom. I hereby declare vaporware for the PS3. But the Cell will be used for other purposes. |

I have faith in Sony, they release quality products, although they do overhype them a bit. i remember when PS2 was gonna coem out they said itll have toy story-esque graphics.
but i have faith in PS3, technologically it will be amazing, and i've seen some of the trailers and the final version will look even better.
also blu-ray disks kick ass. and so does an HD DVD player. |

Katagari was always pushing PS3 as a Spring 06 release. Then all of a sudden the Consumer Reports article appears and Sony announces the official delay. Maybe they are delaying just to have a less of a loss per system sold. (first stand-alone blu-ray player is at $1100)
Kind of reminds me of the suspicious Half Life 2 Leak incident. |

lol this is exactly why i'm taking the PS3 hype with a grain of salt. if the ps3 delivers half of what they promised, then i'll consider that an accomplishment.
Didn't they use Spielberg as a spokesman for the PS2? to talk about how powerful the emotion engine is, and how he could've used that for the making of Jurassic Park? |
