Omg the night was awesome. It was nice to meet some new ta's (sarah) and the old ones too (clovis, bas, chris, simon, julia, and some more). I believe I figured out why they play mark taberner to open: its so people will buy more drinks. Its like a drinking game, everytime he trainwrecks or plays an usher song, take a shot. Youll be hammered in no time.

Anyways, Sasha stated off a little slow but got sicker as he went on. I was definitely diggin it, especially that 'Im allergic to myself song', I need to know what that is. But then Zabs came on after Sashas warning siren version and he just tore it up. I kept wanting to go take a break but he just kept my ass on the dancefloor. Then a little after 4 he played Lostep - Because we can followed by Ride and the place just blew up. I think this was when the confetti went off too. After chillin with curly for a little while upstairs we headed back down to the floor where we stayed till 630ish for the tag team session. Then we just sat down upstairs while he played hide and seek, which was amazing!!

We left after they finished at 7, ran to the car cause it was pouring but it was all worth it. Definitely the best show Ive ever been to and I hope that someone recorded it.

Edit: Almost forgot about the Tiesto sighting. I think he grabbed curlys ass and smiled as he walked away. Hes a wierd guy.

:haha: brilliant! I'm gonna try that next time.

Oh and that track, "im allergic to myself" it's by Shawn Astrom but I'm not sure of the track name...it was on his set from Annie Nightengale's show.

Took us and hour and a half to finally get in the place, but just in time to miss tabberner (hah!) and get to say hi to m.s JuliA and froGger
We had a badass spot right in front middle, where I had a heads up for any more TA's but couldnt find in the mass. helluva mass tho.. Then we moved to a great spot right on the woofs and above it.. I had a perfect clear line right over everyones heads, it was great. the place definatley blew up several times.. gahd I love avalons lights and sound. But the confetti drop.. maaan I was flepping a lid! soOo many good tunes and moments. Glad almost everyone had a good time. that was the first night at avalon where i didnt even step foot on the patio until like 6:30.
see you all there on another

Sia - Numb
Egoexpress - Knartz IV
Tiefschwarz - Warning Siren
Lostep - Because we can <--- MASSIVE BOMB
2 Phat s - Ride (Curly w/ the ID)
Mad8 - Work this
Depeche mode - Precious (Not the vocal mix:( )
Chelonis Jones - Le Bateau Ivre (The Fairy Remix)
and of course Imogne Heap - Hide and Seek (R3volves Remix)

There might be a few more but I forgot. 'Twas an amazing night:D

I definitely have to agree that Lostep - Because we can was the most massive of all the bombs dropped that night.

good to see all those who have migrated from far away lands to the mecca: protege, serch, and rich. i wanted to meet ivan also, but karma sometimes kicks you in the ass learning from first hand experience. sorry sarah for losing you as your "booty guard". so many people i had to tend to that night, ;) hehe, so i was running around the place. i spent the latter of the night upstairs. i dunno why i was so tired. i was sure as that i was gonna be energized after eating that big ass angus burger and fries across the street.

i came home to find some confetti still stuck on me. clovis, you wanna buy it from me?

it was good seein you up in the crowd too. i spent 90% of the night up in the front and didn't get a chance to mingle much with anyone. holy did 7 hours fly by like nothing... and then the following 7 at clovis'... where did that go? good times. i might be coming back for halliwell or burridge, dunno yet...
