I think that we're kinda equalizing natural and desireable outcomes here. The term "natural" is really a wide and broad generalization. Everything that happens in nature can be considered natural, from short-sightedness, tumors, diseases, all the way to machines and airplanes. If there are so many various genetic defects happening in all the earthly lifeforms, I really don't see why a defect that causes homosexuality should be considered "unnatural", it may only be called undesireable. But happens, blind people are born, retarded people are born, paraplegic people are born and really there's not much anyone can do about it.
As for those two penguins, I think last I've heard of them was that they eventually broke up and found themselves female mates. |

If homosexuality was somehow undesirable or harmful to human reproduction, then evolution would have weeded out this trait forever out of the gene pool.
However, evolution allows it to sometimes occur: and if you read the book "Sperm Wars," you'll see that at least one of your relatives in the 5 previous generations was gay.
You can read that book for explanations of why homosexuality may be a good strategy from the reproductive viewpoint. |

yeah i've heard that too, however it was only like a year younger or so. which would make it eleven or so. and you think that a person who JUST hit puberty is about to come out? They would feel so confused at first, then would probably figure out what to do and what's the point of coming out at 12? for all you know it's just some wierd phase. not to mention the fact taht if you have parents who are against that they might kick you out. |

Most people here have no idea where Washington Square Park is, or why you go there, but there is a solution to that problem "Just say No".
It works for alot of things. I've used it in regards to unwanted come ons from members of both sexes, and it's always worked.
Also, what makes you think that any gay person that has any self respect ( not just the whores that hang out in your local park ) would come on to you for sex. For that matter, does Paul Van Dyk come on to you in Washington Square Park.
Sluttiness is a human trait that not only exists in gays / lesbians or bisexuals. But there may be more of it in the gay community since the rest of society discourages them from having marriage and all the responsibilities that come with it. |

I dont hate anybody, I dont hate gays, I dislike them, there is a difference. Why do I? Ive listed the reasons why I have, maybe you should pay more attention and read them buddy. Im not hating them on a public forum. There is a difference between hating on a race, and hating on gays, im sure many blacks dislike or even hate gays, im sure other races that are religious hate them as well. Now! What do you consider people hitting on you, and why do you attract gays so much, unless Greenwich Village is a gay neighbourhood & they think that your gay.
Seriously, I couldn't give a if someone "hits" on me. If it is unwanted attention I ignore them. Can't say I've ever been stalked by anyone that is gay. |
