Listen to his CREAMFIELDS cd and tell me you think he's a bad mixer...

The first CD was impressive electroish-house for a Trancer, towards the end it became more dutch trancy though. I wish Ferry would just stop spinning trance, take a year off, and immerse himself in Electro-house/clash and come back a new man, I think he has the potential to do it, but at the same time I believe he'd lose a lot of his worshippers (Yes worshippers not fans).

finally someone who understands. To me Ferry was a pioneer more than Tij or PVD as he was one of the people who came out with the Dutch Formula.(unfortunatly after a few years it also ended up ruining trance)
If you sound exactly the same never having any progression in sound im sorry you suck.If U2 didnt try anything new, you think they would still sell out venues? Not everyone likes the new stuff but they took a chance with Discoteque and such. You need balls to be great with music.Ferry is a unic.

Nice impression.

Ferry Corsten brings an "act/party"... It's unique to the 3 dutch banditos, just Ferry you can tell enjoys what he does, as repetitive as it may be. (The money helps Im sure too).

P.S. OMG I MET FERRY AND HE SIGNED MY SHIRT... WITH A SMILEY!!!111

But seriously, he did, I was on 7 pills and Ferry was touching me, I die I die I die!!!111

I just went to NYC to see Ferry, got free VIP, he signed the shirt I made for him, and I hung out with him and talked to him and his wife all night and danced on the stage. There were only 3 other people up there with me (all NYTA's) so it wasn't over-crowded or un-intimate. Then after the show he hung out with all of the Canadians that came up to see him for a little bit, and took a giant picture with us. I took it easy that night, and was only on 2 pills...but it didn't matter b/c I was completely star-struck, a giant smile on my face the entire night, and unable to talk to anyone unless it was Ferry or his wife.

Wish I could be there :)

Ferry is indeed one of the most nice DJ I've seen. Armin is very nice too but Ferry seems friendlier :) I don't know I've never actually met them both, but I can tell they're friendlier than PVD...omg PVD looks so serious while mixing. He doesn't seem to have fun at all compared to the Dutchs (Armin, Ferry, Johan Gielen...) :(

I've met Armin as well and he's super friendly. Very down to earth...just like Ferry.

PvD, I haven't met but I know exactly what you mean...he's so serious. At least when I've seen him in Canada. I've seen him twice in New York now and he LOVES New York. He always has a huge smile on his face...jumping around, hands in the air. It's like a totally different person. After the past time I saw him in New York apparently he stayed after signing autographs and taking pictures. He was even like "Hold on...take that again, I think I blinked" I was surprised! I ended up leaving early that night though and missed it.

Geez. I've never seen PVD acting like this. He hasn't been in Mtl for 2 years now and I think that if he returns here, he's gonna act seriously and pissed. Last time he came he left early because he was pissed at the equipment, he never came back in Mtl since that night. He also cancelled his Canadian Tour as I heard...I guess I'll have to get to NYC in order to see him live...and smiling. I gotta have a car first and money:toothless
