But even so, I think it's sad that we spend all this time blaming them instead of TRYING to stop all the illegal stuff from come by. I blame our side for that, I mean they complain that it's from the states, but what are we doing to stop it? NOthing. Therefore it continues.

I still read the same amount of headlines, I see the numbers going down barley.

true they could cancel out education and health care policy and put all of the money into stopping gun violence and it would work... but then we would obviously have other problems to deal with.
I think given the resources available to them, the policing efforts are about as effective as they ought to be. Until it escallates further they are unlikely to recieve enough publicity and attention to the issue to gain more funding to become more effective. In the end it's all relative. |
