As for the grass roots festivals, it's a WICKED idea however things like that have to start off small considering how TO is in terms of interest. Do smaller jams outdoors and then eventually they'd be built up to larger ones. IMO.:D |

Hip hop comes from a wide range of countries, not just America; as does the "thug life". There's "ghetto's" in London, Paris, Prague, and a number of other world-class cities outside of North America.

...then why aren't OUR border guards doing anything about it? As much as you'd like to think that it's "evil America" that's corrupting our children and sending their guns onto our streets, they're not. When coming over the border into Canada its our people that are responsible for checking whats coming over; not the Americans. But yea, it's just easier to sit back and put the blame on someone else. |

it did try and start off small.. but there wasn't even enuff to get that goin .. pretty sad

LOL.. juss like how many US politicians blame Canada as a backdoor for terrorists to get in.. when it's THEIR border guards who should be stopping them from getting in ..

Until the day comes when there is 100 foot fence across the entire border, and every package, car, van, truck, air shipment, sea freight container of all sizes is searched for contraband, you'll never stop the guns.
Let's see, they check what 1% of all Sea Freight. In the 4 Years I've dealt with container loads of glass, I've had 3 checked out of 200.
There isn't a solution that is economically feasible.
I blame the parents, i was raised properly, beaten to within an inch of my life on various deserving ocassions. Raise the kid right, surprise surprise, they aren't shooting people cause they marked up some guys pretty shoes.. |

How small? I mean it doesn't even have to be a few hundred people, at the very least small can be house party small, then build from there. |

i hope thats just a figure of speech.
getting the belt every once in a while is fine, but if a kid is beaten senseless then thats just going to far. also, physical disciplining isn't necessary. a lot depends on how you talk to the kid, what you teach them, etc. |
