How do you know suicide hurts? You're not dead, so you don't know. Suicide means that you actually went through with it. You can state that an attempted suicide hurts, but that's about all you've got. Unless you're talking about the emotional instability suicide creates for friends and family members of the deceased, but again, you're not talking about the suicide itself you're talking about the reaction to the action. |

Good decision. One only deserves life if one is willing and strong enough to struggle for it (I would have supported whatever decision you made but this one is preferable). Now that you've decided you aren't a pathetic hack who isn't fit for life, take control of what you can, learn to react well to what you cannot.
For what it's worth.... read Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Nitzsche.... when I was in a similar spot it completely changed my outlook on life and helped me snap right out of it. |

I'm 17 now, not 18 until october, and I've been living the time of my life since I was 14. Good friends, great parties- Yeah i've had to pack up and move halfway across the world a couple times leaving people very close to me, but you kno what I did? I ing dealt with it, moved on and looked positively at what was to come. So I feel lucky I've been given more places to party and more people to meet! Always look on the bright side.
