I succeed yet I don't really 'do much stuff' or 'have a lot of stuff going on'.
In fact, i'm succeeding right this instant. |

i have my on and off days.
sometimes i'll just be slacking in the office all day waiting for work to be handed to me. On other days I'd volunteering to work on stuff. Today is my 2nd slack day in a row.
I tend to be motivated at nights after thinking alot before going to bed. All that motivation dissapears the minute the alarm starts ringing the next morning. |

BUT........ i'd rather just chill out. Enjoy life and take every day for what it could very well be....my last.
now i start to think....maybe failure lies within the lack of said ambition, lack of drive to succeed, etc...
then again, maybe my success is truly enrooted in how i live my day to day life.
In the end, though.... I have a gut feeling I will be ok.
Additionally, I'm only 23 years old. I don't think my current state will hold true forever. I still have a bit of 'growing up' to do.
so we shall see.

I'm a workaholic if work includes studying. I average 100 hours a week of studying/labs.
I'm slow brained so I have to study longer or harder than others but also, I'm driven to succeed. It drives me nuts. If I weren't me I wouldn't want to be me.
But I think this has something to do with my dad. He was so proud of us and then he died and I think we all feel the need to fulfil some kind of legacy or dream that he had. i dont know.
lol,I so want to run and hide, or just kick back and be a slacker, but I suppose I regard it as my duty to keep working. You know because I'm here in the US at a good school which is supposed to be the golden opportunity...blah blah blah.
My mind relaxes when I'm swimming and running and my body relaxes when I'm playing the piano. Or yeah, when I'm postwhoring in a forum I calm myself.

YEAH it sucks. what the hell were we thinking. I shoulda been a business student so i could be sleeping now instead of ing programming useless babble for too little money. |

since im young i always had a lot of ambition ....always had to be THE BEST .....if i was second it was a big drama ....if my friends had 17 and i had 16 i would get pissed off and everything ...now it changed with the years ...since i left high school actually but i still wanna reach my goals .When i decide to achieve something i put all my energy on it and whatever if i stay stuck in my room doing nothing except studying ....i know my efforts will pay someday ....
Im kinda a workholic ...i want to pass ;) |
