First of all, I want to thank Aaron, Tammy, and Becka for being so awesome and making me feel so welcomed with their group.
Aaron, we teased you hardcore, but just so you know, we do it cause we love you :D I really do have to give you props for being so quick on the road right before the accident. I think if you hadn't floored it, he would have clipped us for sure.
Tammy, thank you for letting us use your car and driving us home so safely, and thank you so much for being so sweet to me and making me feel like a good friend.
Becka, thank you for everything. Protecting me from sterioid muscle men, for buying me drinks, for being so sweet and overall for being you.
Seriously... massive thank yous!
Drew, I am so sorry that you had such a crappy night. I really felt bad for leaving you there, so I hope you can understand and forgive us. We certainly didn't wish to abandon you. I really hope you can get the whole car thing figured out cause that seriously sucks.
I met so many TA's last night that I couldn't even begin to name them off. It was great meeting some old online friends for the first time in person :)
FunkyGroove, Tammy and Becka all attacked me and pulled my shirt off so FG wasn't alone in the bikini top attire (which I opted to wear), but I was grateful for it in the end. I was so hot!!! (I don't think having 3 redbulls and a large coffee was helping much).
I think for the first couple of hours I was still in shock from the near death experience. It really shook me up, so apologies to anyone who felt I wasn't as cheerful and friendly as I would have liked to have been.
Gabriel stunned me by the amount of times he trainwrecked. WTF was wrong with him!?
Oakie was great, was just starting to feel it, but not a whole lot at that point.
Then Armin came out and I was literally crushed in between sweaty, muscle men. I think I yelled at more people last night than I have in my entire life. It made me realize how rude people are in general, however, on humanity's defence, there were quite a few people who volunteered to protect me and help me out a little. Was very much appreciated.
One chick shoved me out of the way and I fell down. Turns out she is a TA (or at least I assumed since she had the caution tape on), which one, I am not sure. Was NOT impressed with that.
I guess the beginning of the night with all the things that went wrong sort of set the tone. I was feeling a little discouraged, so perhaps I was a little more focussed on things that normally wouldn't bother me as much.
Overall I would say I had an ok time. My friends were what made it worth it!!
OHH! I almost forgot. I was in the washroom and was just about to lean over and wash my hands, when suddenly some chick shoves me out of the way and pukes in the sink. She missed my back by mere inches. That would have sucked!!! I am so glad I had that talk with the fates when we were waiting in line. :) |

Although it was right before you left, it certainly was a pleasure meeting you! I was afraid that I introduced myself to the wrong person but fortunately you proved me wrong haha. Next time, I would love the opportunity to dance it up with you! :D |
