What a disaster.

Before I even begin to say anything, I will be going back to Sonic. I am a pretty positive person who tries to make the best out of ty situations, and not just bitch for the sake of bitching. I am not a jaded or spoiled clubber and I am also not one of those people who goes goes out 2 times a year and thinks they have a right to point out everything that went wrong.

So here I go. Opening nights are often a recipe for disaster but I really didnt expect the line up that we saw upon arriving at around 1:20ish. I remained in very good spirits for a good two hours until I just said " it" and decided to go home. I was so pissed that I was sure my night could not be salvaged.

My biggest frustration was that not a single person told us what was going on. I didnt see a single bouncer, NOT ONE controlling the line, stopping people from cutting in, telling everyone which line was which. The most frustrating part was the bubble of people that stood in between the two lines just forcing their way right to the front after they'd been there for all of ten minutes.

The only update we ever received was from the girl with the clipboard who yelled "Its opening night, this is to be expected, don't push, be patient". No sorry, no rush, who cares. Thank god I didnt buy a ticket otherwise id be out $34.28, another retarded issue.

Honestly, once they decided to open the doors (almost an hour late im sure of it) they had no clue how to get people in. Not nearly enough thought was put into line up and door staff, a major factor in any club.

Hopefully they'll have their together in time for C&C. I am absolutely able to forget last night and look forward to the next event but I wont be doing that for long.

i will cry real tears if there are big problems with the line on that night. i am still undecided if i should go early or if i should go late.
