Not entirely true, do some research. It does add water to your muscle cells tho. |

i have done research and i've read that creatine, because it adds water to the muscle cells, which last time i checked, were located in your muscles, it makes your muscles softer. i'm not saying that it makes your muscles soft as jelly, but softer none the less |

| ive beeen using creatine regularly off and on (as in for 2 months every 2 months. So 2 on 2 off) and Ive never noticed a softening. The main thing is just slightly more water retention in the fat storage areas but its just water weight and creatine by itself wont make you gain more than 5-10 lbs of water retention. The real weight you keep is from crazy workouts and enough food to = the muscle output youre wishing for |

Same here, been using No-Xplode for about 5 months.

Effects of Creatine
Increases muscle content of creatine. (Creatine is already in your body), muscle content of Phosocreatine, Lean Body Mass, Muscle Size, Peak muscle power output, Strength
If you don't like any of these, then thats cool. |
